MedProduct MMC is an import, distribution and marketing company operating in the medical and dental sectors. We are looking for a responsible, proactive and analytically minded International Product Development and Procurement Specialist to join our team and contribute to expanding our dental product portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to identify dental product manufacturers, suppliers and potential partners in different countries around the world.
- Search for innovative, high-quality and commercially promising new products to expand the company's dental product portfolio.
- Establish contact and build professional relationships with international manufacturers and suppliers via email, video calls and other communication channels.
- Evaluate potential manufacturers and products based on quality, pricing, certifications, registration requirements and market potential.
- Negotiate potential partnerships, prices, minimum order quantities, commercial terms and other cooperation conditions.
- Discuss and coordinate potential orders and product selections with the company's internal Sales Team and Director.
- Collect and review the technical and regulatory documents required for product registration and monitor the registration process.
- Coordinate import and logistics processes, including communication with customs brokers, logistics companies and other relevant parties.
- Follow up on shipments and ensure that all documents required for import and logistics are properly prepared.
- Monitor ongoing projects, correspondence with manufacturers and suppliers, product registration processes and orders.
- Provide the Director with daily reports on completed tasks, negotiations, registration processes, orders and other activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English language skills (minimum B2 level), both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to conduct independent research and analyze information obtained from various sources.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international manufacturers and business partners.
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Interest in learning about dental products and international trade.
